Convivia was born from a life and collaboration project between Carlotta Mattedi and Nicola Fattibene. She is of Trentino origin and he is from Puglia. The meeting of souls and territories gives life first to a shop, which searches for small peasant and artisan realities and which then grows and also becomes takeaway gastronomy with a simple and daily cuisine. The aim is to use only the best raw materials and offer quality dishes, to give health and pleasure and to tell about their territorial and human value. As a last and natural development, the kitchen opens to people with a room that offers themed evenings and promotes the meeting of consumers with producers, a bridge between people, good food and the agricultural world.
